THANKS AND NO THANKS TO BN GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA

For the last 30 years BN government has implemented unfair practice in its recruitment policy. Many non-bumiputras applicants were disappointed not able to serve in public sector.

Consequently, many non-bumiputras had no alternative but found its way to serve in private sector, assisted in parents/relatives business or became hawkers and workers in all industries. Many of them had gone through tough life and fought very hard for survival.

Surprisingly, years later, many of them became successful businessmen and their standard of living were very much higher than those managed or lucky to be given opportunity to serve in public sectors.

Therefore, with hindsight many of them should thank the government for rejecting them to join public sector and this indirectly gave them the spirit to fight hard to achieve their goals. Besides, jobs in private sector were more challenging and rewarding.

Datuk Seri Najib, Prime Minister of present BN government should re-examine recruitment policy whether it is still relevant and applicable. We are all 1Malaysia & sincerely hope to see more Bumiputra businessmen who are successful and able to compete with their own effort.

Spoon-fed people never grow up to be independent and with fighting spirit.
